Brac hotel launches food and wellness project
A unique food and wellness project was promoted today (Mon) at Supetar’s four-star hotel Amor on southern Brac Island.
The health-project initiator, Split nutritionist Olja Martinic, said the aim was not just to introduce traditional, healthy cooking to tourists but also to teach them what was good and what was bad for their health.
Each guest has a chance to "screen" health and nutrition habits in hotel Amor, a member of hotel resort Velaris.
Amor project manager Ivona Buljevic said that, considering that they were the only four-star hotels in Supetar open during the whole year, they wanted to enrich their offers with a new programme.
Supetar sponsors a week of traditional cooking named "Days of Broad Beans and Swiss Chard" each spring.
