The villa’s natural building materials and illumination system was carefully designed to provide the ultimate comfort and pleasurable experience in any moment. With its 270m2, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms Villa can accommodate up to 13 guests. Private swimming pool is 34 m2 large. The area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs, made from natural materials. The highlight of the villa is, however, its enormous completely enclosed garden of 8000m2. The garden also encompasses 2 outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped summer kitchen, as well as barbecue area. Villa Green is also completely air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. The villa is ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation.
Owners of the Villa offer half-day trips from 9 to 12 AM for their guests: Horse riding for 50€ per person: riding from the Villa through meadows and forests to the cave, organised picnic in the woods. Boat trip for 150€ for up to 9 villa guests: swimming on a small island near Pula with sandy beach and rocks, visiting the caves and snorkeling. For only 30€ per person you get: tasting of traditional Istrian products on a family farm with a domestic production - local beverages, olive oil, 6 types of Istrian cheese: cheese with olives, cheese and mushrooms, truffle cheese, goat cheese…traditional Istrian prosciutto, pasta with truffles and asparagus.
